Warranty

Playground Specialists, Inc. guarantees a lifetime warranty on installation performed by Playground Specialists, Inc. This includes free installation and shipping on warranted parts. The Playground Specialists, Inc. warranty excludes: Acts of God, vandalism, normal wear, cosmetics, moving parts, ground cover, site work and borders. Playground Specialists, Inc. and PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS®, INC. warrants its products to be free from defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. PLAYWORLD SYSTEMS, INC., further warrants as follows:

• Limited Lifetime Plus Warranty on steel and aluminum posts, all stainless steel hardware, clamps, T’s, deck hangers, and post caps against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.	• Limited 10-Year Warranty on all rails, loops, rungs, fitness systems, rotomolded and sheet plastic components, Fun Centers, and accessible swing seat against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

• Limited 25-Year Warranty on Spring Mates® castings and springs against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.	• Limited 5-Year Warranty on all Cushion Play®, GroundZerO® moving parts, and Border Timbers against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

• Limited 20-Year Warranty on all Recycled Plastic Lumber against structural failure due to defects in material or workmanship.	• Limited 1-Year Warranty on all other moving parts, swing seats, and any other materials not covered above.

• Limited 15-Year Warranty on all perforated-steel decks; PlayArmour® panels, roofs, crawl tubes; stainless steel slides, and aluminum slides against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover: 1) Cosmetic damage or defects such as surface scratches, dents, marring, fading, or discoloration: 2) Damage due to normal wear and tear; 3) Damage due to “Acts of God”, such as hail, flooding, lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms, earthquakes, and windstorms; and 4) Damage due to “Environmental Factors”, such as wind-blown sand, salt water, salt spray, and airborne emissions from industrial sources (sulfur, acids or corrosive chemicals, other than normal photochemical smog).
